FAQs

What payment types do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, and USDC.

What is cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency is a type of currency that is decentralized. This means that it's not governed by a central bank or monetary authority. Instead, it's maintained by a community of peers on a computer network made up of users' machines or "node." If you know what Bittorrent is, the same principle applies. I don't know what BitTorrent is. I just read that if you know what it is, then the same principle applies.

Why do you use cryptocurrency?

This guy explains it better:

"Transactions are fast, digital, secure and worldwide, which in essence allow the maintenance of records without risk of data being pirated. Fraud is, actually, minimized.

Also, as an aside, digital currency such as Bitcoin should not result in inflation. The total number of bitcoins which can ever be mined is limited to approximately 21 million, so there is no way the total amount of cash in the system can be increased by any central bank."

There's more to it, but we've already taken up quite a bit of space on the issue. If you're still curious, I encourage you to follow the link!

Has anyone homeless actually purchased anything from you?

I don't have specific knowledge that it's happened, but it could happen at anytime without us ever knowing.

Do you really believe the homeless can afford any of this?

According to several studies, after one day of panhandling, a homeless person would be able to afford 1,000mg Full Spectrum, 30ml and still have a few bucks left over, but only at my store. You can find information on those studies among the following quote:

"A 2001 study in Toronto determined the average rate was about $30 per day, $8 per hour, with a median monthly income of $300.

A 2007 study in Las Vegas found about the same in terms of hourly and daily rates. But the median income there was much lower at $192. 75% of participants earned less than $400 each month from panhandling.

In 2013, another survey was conducted in San Francisco putting the figure closer to an average $25 per day."

How long is shipping?

The average delivery time is 5-8 days, but it can be faster or slower depending on where you live.

What is your return policy?

If you've gone mad and no longer want it anymore, as long as it's within 30 days of purchase, then of course we will provide a full refund! We are not monsters!

Why are your prices so low?

Our prices are so low because we want people to be able to get the CBD or supplements they need without spending all of their money. We've managed to keep the prices low by cutting costs in pretty much every except for the quality of the product. Compromising on the quality of the product would defeat the whole purpose. We've cut costs on tech, staff, advertising, and, most of all, profit. We're given suggest prices by our supplier which are significantly higher than what we've chosen.

If we could choose between helping somebody and making money, we would choose to help somebody. I know that every business says they care about customers because that's just something businesses have to say, so there's no way for you to believe that we actually do care. We're an intrepid wanderer in a dung-infested society! And it keeps getting on our shoes.
